The Lake Forest Civic Center had been a long-planned passion for the City of Lake Forest - to move all their staff and community services to a single campus. The Civic Center project brought that to reality with an Administrative Building, Council Chambers, Community Center and Senior Center. The alpine lodge theme inspired the use of chamfered and coped steel beams to create the aesthetic while minimizing the required long-term maintenance.
